Our Story: How Faya Started
In 2019, Faya was founded on a clear vision: effective software solutions are built to understand and efficiently address real business challenges, not to add unnecessary technical complexity.
The company began with a small team of three engineers, united by their passion for technology and commitment to quality, working from a shared workspace to develop custom digital solutions supporting startups in their early stages.
Through continuous expansion and accumulated expertise, Faya evolved into a comprehensive team of specialists in design, software development, and cloud architecture, delivering advanced digital solutions built on best technical practices and aligned with the demands of growth and digital transformation.
Why "Faya"?
Faya in Arabic reflects amazement and admiration, much like the exclamation mark (!) in programming. It changes the meaning of an expression or condition unexpectedly, just as programming adds an unexpected twist to solve a complex problem or cleverly reverse a result.
Our Journey
The Start
Faya was born with a small team and a great passion for creating products that make a real difference, and her journey began with her first project: an E-menu for restaurants.
First Office
Our first office was inside the shared offices of the Makers, and from there we started working on our first projects.
Recruitment stage
After the expansion of the business and the increase in projects, we began the first steps of recruitment to strengthen the team and form a core group capable of building and developing Faya products faster and more professionally.
Opening a branch in London
Faya opened its London branch as a step towards international expansion, to strengthen its global presence and get closer to its international customers.
Opening the first private office
We opened its first dedicated office, providing a space for the team to work and be creative, and to better support the company's projects.
